Basic Cookie Mix

Yield: 16 Cup Mix

Ingredients: 
8 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
2.5 Cup Sugar (Granulated)
2.5 Cup Sugar (Brown); Packed
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
3 Cup Crisco (Butter Flavored)

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a 6 qt. bowl.
2. Cut shortening with pastry blender just until mixture resembles small peas.
3. Store in air tight container at room temperature for no more then 10 weeks.
