Ingredients: | ||||
1 | Cup | Butter (Unsalted) | ||
1.25 | Cup | Sugar (Granulated) | ||
2 | Each | Egg | ||
2 | Tsp. | Vanilla Extract | ||
2 | Cup | Flour (All Purpose) | ||
1 | Tsp. | Baking Soda | ||
1 | Tsp. | Salt | ||
2 | Tbs. | Milk | ||
2 | Cup | Rolled Oats | ||
1 | Tsp. | Cinnamon (Ground) | ||
2 | Cup | Cranberries (Dried) | ||
Instructions: | ||||
1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. | ||||
2. In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. | ||||
3. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and stir until combined. | ||||
4. Stir in cranberries. | ||||
5. Divide dough in half, roll into log about 1.5 inches in diameter. | ||||
6. Refrigerate until firm. Best left in freezer overnight. | ||||
7. Slice logs into cookies, bake on parchment lined cookie sheets leaving 1.5" between cookies. | ||||
8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. | ||||
9. Cool on wire rack. | ||||
