Instructions: |
- 1. In large bowl beat butter, sugar and lemon extract until
light and fluffy.
|
- 2. Add flour and almonds, beat at low speed until well blended.
|
- 3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
|
- 5. Shape 1-Tbs. dough around each candy kiss, covering
completely.
|
- 6. Roll in hand to form ball.
|
- 7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
|
- 8. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until set and edges are slightly
brown.
|
- 9. Cool for one minute before removing from cookie sheet.
|
- 10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
|
