Lemon-y-Layers

Source: Pillsbury Bake Off Cookie Book, pg. 133

Yield: 48 Cookies Oven Temp: 350 F Prep. Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:
2 Cup Flour (All Purpose)
2 Tbs. Flour (All Purpose)
1 Cup Butter (Softened)
1.5 Cup Sugar (Brown) Packed
1/4 Tsp. Salt
4 Each Egg
1/2 Cup Frozen Lemonade Concentrate (Thawed)
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 2/3 Cup Coconut (Grated)
1 Cup Walnuts (Chopped)

Instructions:
1. In large mixing bowl combine flour, butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
2. Blend with mixer until particles are fine.
3. Press into ungreased 13x9 pan.
4. In same mixer bowl combine remaining ingredients except walnuts. Blend well.
5. Pour over crumb mixture and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle with walnuts.
7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes; until lightly brown.
8. Allow to cool completely before cutting
9. Sprinkle with XXX sugar if top is sticky.
