| 1 | Cup | Rolled Oats (Quick Cooking) | |||||||
| 3/4 | Cup | Brickle Chips | |||||||

| Instructions: | |||||||||
| Preheat oven to 350 | |||||||||
| 1. Mix cookie mix, syrup, egg, and vanilla. | |||||||||
| 2. Stir in oats and brickle chips. | |||||||||
| 3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 1" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. | |||||||||
| 4. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10 to 12 minutes. | |||||||||
| 5. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. | |||||||||
